Training since 2019

Juan - Colombia

Running has changed my life. I started 10 years ago, inspired by a great Colombian athlete with whom I shared conversations and experiences. At first, I did it sporadically, without much technique or planning, but little by little it became a lifestyle. Today, running is a fundamental part of my life; it’s the space where I connect with myself, set goals, and have developed discipline in my training and nutrition. This has boosted my self-esteem and distanced me from the depression that used to be a part of my life. The most beautiful thing about this lifestyle is that I’ve motivated my family and friends to run, enjoy running, and even travel to run together.

If I wanted to explain what running means to me, I’d have to share a part of my life, and that would make this very long. To put it briefly, running has changed my life, given me purpose, and a new lifestyle. Running has become a support that’s much more than physical; it’s also emotional. When I run, I feel free, healthy, fortunate, and even competitive. It has been a privilege to discover this sport and have a coach like Henri, who also enjoys every experience that this sport could bring.
