So I just started to pace my training for it. The purpose of this blog entry is to record my week per week data analysis comparison from 2023 and 2024 on my training. However my recovery bpm is lower this year. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>But just running (7 activities) vs. this year (11 activities) that I&#8217;m including; two strength session per week plus cycling (cross training). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I took a rest day due my HRV on Thursday: reduced (63ms). Rest of the days between 77 and 80 ms. This are going to be may racing shoes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also starting <a href=\"https:\/\/a.co\/d\/bPiQ4W3\">Caffeine Pills <\/a>200 mg, 30 min prior to my long runs. Note: <em>caffeine enhances adrenaline secretion [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2072-6643\/11\/9\/2040#B10-nutrients-11-02040\">10<\/a>] and reduces ratings of perceived exertion [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2072-6643\/11\/9\/2040#B11-nutrients-11-02040\">11<\/a>]. Therefore, caffeine is administered in order to improve sport performance<\/em> <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2072-6643\/11\/9\/2040\">(see article)<\/a><\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Current Fitness
