{"id":552,"date":"2021-06-19T22:21:05","date_gmt":"2021-06-19T22:21:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pmprunning.com\/?p=552"},"modified":"2026-03-17T22:45:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T22:45:10","slug":"es-beneficioso-correr-escuchando-musica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pmprunning.com\/es\/es-beneficioso-correr-escuchando-musica\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfEs beneficioso correr escuchando m\u00fasica?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>La Federaci\u00f3n Estadounidense de Atletismo, hace algunos a\u00f1os prohibi\u00f3 llevar m\u00fasica durante algunas competiciones por considerar que interfer\u00eda en los manejos del tiempo y eficiencia de los corredores?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Llevar o no m\u00fasica siempre ha sido un gusto muy particular de cada deportista, unos afirman que se sienten mucho mejor sin ella, mientras otros sencillamente no pueden concentrarse sin ella. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo cierto es que en el 2007 la Federaci\u00f3n durante un marat\u00f3n en Nueva York decomis\u00f3 todos los reproductores de m\u00fasica a los corredores por considerar que les imped\u00eda concentrarse en lo que requer\u00eda su cuerpo y de la misma forma interven\u00eda con las instrucciones del entrenador. Muchos corredores y especialistas apoyaron la medida y afirman que la m\u00fasica altera negativamente los tiempos de los corredores. Esta medida se sigui\u00f3 repitiendo e intensificando en otras competencias con el paso de los a\u00f1os. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2013 en la Media Marat\u00f3n de Vigo el juez decidi\u00f3 descalificar a 83 corredores por llevar m\u00fasica y aunque dicha decisi\u00f3n no fue avalada por la Federaci\u00f3n, ocurri\u00f3 y los descontentos siguen creciendo tildando tal medida como arbitraria, injusta y sin fundamento. Tal vez, la soluci\u00f3n ser\u00eda poder separar la regla para quienes lo hagan de manera profesional y los que lo hagan por pasatiempo y salud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ahora bien, \u00bfEs beneficioso correr escuchando m\u00fasica? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Varias teor\u00edas de la percepci\u00f3n selectiva demuestran c\u00f3mo el sistema nervioso reacciona al est\u00edmulo al suprimir o ignorar al resto de est\u00edmulos a su alrededor. La m\u00fasica, como est\u00edmulo principal puede bloquear a otros est\u00edmulos secundarios como: la fatiga, dolor y sensaci\u00f3n de esfuerzo en los corredores y hacer m\u00e1s amena su rutina. Est\u00e1 demostrado adem\u00e1s, que o\u00edr m\u00fasica ayuda al aprendizaje de los movimientos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfTiene desventajas? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00ed, y es que para todo aquel corredor que se lo tome en serio, oir m\u00fasica puede quitarle la posibilidad de escuchar el impacto del pie en suelo y hasta la respiraci\u00f3n, esto es contraproducente porque son los indicativos del esfuerzo y t\u00e9cnica que se est\u00e1 empleando. Otro punto importante que hay que mencionar es que dejamos de o\u00edr el entorno volvi\u00e9ndonos m\u00e1s susceptibles a los accidentes.
