WHAT DO WE GUARANTEE AS A TRAINING COACH?

The achievements of the goals that are drawn with the athlete. Everything that is planned is achievable. Through bidirectional work you can reach the objectives.
Specifically, improve times, physical and mental condition.

The slow running methodology (AKA 80/20 rule) helps to re-learn. It does not matter if the person is new to running or has been running for years, putting aside what they have learned and using a totally different system guarantees considerable changes and improvements.

IS RUNNING A SPORT THAT CAN BE DONE BY ANYONE?

Indeed it is. With the right measurement, guidance and training, anyone can start this type of physical activity. There could be health conditions that should be considered, however people with disabilities have incurred in this sport, so the limitations are low.
