This Privacy Policy describes how Project Management of Running LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the PMPRunCaliOS application ("App").

1. Information We Collect

• Name and Email Address: Collected when you create an account via Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, used to authenticate you and personalize your experience.
• Fitness Data: Running logs you enter into the app, including distance, pace, time, and personal bests. This data is stored in your account and used to power training features and AI coaching.
• User ID: A unique identifier assigned to your account in our database (Firebase), used to store and retrieve your data securely.
• AI Coach Messages: Text messages you send to the AI Coach feature are transmitted to Anthropic, Inc. (Claude AI) to generate coaching responses. These messages may include your training data and profile information to provide personalized advice.
• Optional Email Preferences: If you explicitly opt in inside the App, we use your email address, name, role, plan, and language preference to send PMPRunCal product education and the Endurance Mindset English newsletter.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your account.
• To display and analyze your training history and personal records.
• To provide AI-powered coaching recommendations through the AI Coach feature.
• To manage your subscription status (Athlete Pro or Coach Pro).
• To enable Coach-Athlete team features when applicable.
• With your optional consent, to send PMPRunCal updates and Endurance Mindset emails. You can withdraw this consent in the App or unsubscribe from any email.

3. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google LLC): We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore to securely store your account and training data. Privacy policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Anthropic, Inc. (Claude AI): When you use the AI Coach feature, your messages and relevant training context are sent to Anthropic to generate responses. Anthropic may use this data in accordance with their privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy
• Apple (Sign in with Apple / In-App Purchases): Account sign-in and subscription payments are handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy: apple.com/privacy
• Google (Sign in with Google): If you sign in with Google, authentication is handled by Google. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
• Supabase: If you opt in to email communications, we store a minimal consent record containing your account identifier, email address, role, plan, language, and consent timestamps. We do not send health, workout, team, or AI Coach data to this system. Privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy
• Kit: If you opt in to email communications, your email address, first name, and PMPRunCal audience tags are shared with Kit to deliver PMPRunCal and Endurance Mindset emails. Privacy policy: kit.com/privacy

4. Data Linked to Your Identity

The following data types are linked to your identity in our systems:

• Name
• Email Address
• Fitness / Training Data
• User ID
• AI Coach conversation content

5. Data Sharing and Tracking

We do not sell your personal information and do not use your health, training, team, or AI Coach data for advertising or marketing. If you explicitly opt in to email communications, the limited contact and segmentation data described above is shared with Supabase and Kit solely to manage and deliver those emails.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

PMPRunCal is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can withdraw email consent at any time from the App or through the unsubscribe link included in each email. To exercise other rights, please contact us.
