Delete your PMPRunCal account

PMPRunCal (iOS and Android) — Last updated: October 29, 2026

You can delete your PMPRunCal account and its data at any time. This page is for the PMPRunCal app by Project Management of Running LLC. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: In the app

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
3. Read the message and confirm. You will be asked to sign in again with Apple or Google so we know it is you.

The steps are the same in the iOS and Android apps. Your data is deleted as soon as you confirm.

Option 2: By email, without the app

Write to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my PMPRunCal account". It helps if you tell us whether you signed in with Google or Apple. We may reply to confirm that the account is yours before deleting anything. We will tell you when it is done, and we will finish within 30 days at most.

Parents and guardians:if a coach added your child to a roster, write to the same address with the child's name and the coach or team, and we will delete that athlete record.

If you have a subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it separately so you are not charged again:

• Android: in the Google Play app, tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PMPRunCal → Cancel subscription.
• iPhone / iPad: Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → PMPRunCal → Cancel Subscription.
• Bought on pmprunning.com (Stripe): write to us at the address above and we will cancel it.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (the account itself) and your profile: name, email, role, plan and team link.
• Your usage counters, such as how many AI Coach messages you used.
• If you are a coach: your athlete roster and the teams you own.
• Data stored on your device by the app, such as your local run history, when you delete from inside the app. If you only uninstall the app, remove it from your device settings as usual.

What may remain

• Lap-timer sessions saved in your account, and your entry in a coach's roster. The app does not remove these yet. To have them removed too, write to us and we will do it within 30 days at most.
• Email list records. If you opted in to emails, your address may remain in our email provider (Kit) and a consent record in our database until you unsubscribe. The app does not remove them yet; to have them removed too, write to us and we will do it within 30 days at most.
• Payment records. Apple, Google and Stripe keep their own records of purchases as the law requires. We do not control those.
• Usage statistics. Firebase Analytics keeps usage events under a pseudonymous app-instance ID, not your name or email, for 2 months (user-level and event-level data).

Our providers may keep backup copies for a limited time.
